After a successful 20-year career in the entertainment industry, I chose to take a leap of faith and created an accessible space where people could meditate. The DEN Meditation was that place. A pioneer in the industry, The DEN made quite a splash in Los Angeles, and sent ripples around the globe. Thanks to this endeavor, I went deeper in to this journey and became a teacher and Energetic Guide, wanting to empower others with the practical spirituality that I have learned along the way. I truly believe that you are stronger than you realize and I am here to help you tap in to that.
